1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Innerwear, personal hygiene items, or opened beauty products
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email us at customercare@tginternational.in or log into your account and submit a return request.
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if item is damaged or incorrect).
  3. We will respond within [1–2 business days] with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind), you may be responsible for the return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within [5–7 business days].
